London Loans is a long established second hand jewellery dealer in Southport on Australia's Gold Coast.Since purchasing the business in 2007, Marius has made extensive changes to the business to ensure that the shopping and service experience are always enjoyable.

We offer a diverse range of estate jewellery which we also supplement with a selection of new jewellery including gemstone rings, diamond rings and cluster rings. We also have a large selection of necklaces, bracelets, watches and much more.

We also arrange to have your Jewellery Repairs and Insurance Valuations taken care of by using one of the best jewellers and Valuer's on the Gold Coast.

London Loans is a licensed pawnbroker offering a very discreet and confidential service. We provide instant cash loans on quality gold, diamond and gemstone jewellery. We also buy broken gold jewellery.

NOTE to customers : Authorisation process - Our bank may request relevant information to process credit card or direct debit payments. As part of our procedure we require you to send identification to verify who you are and confirm these details match those on your payment method.  
 
The following documents will be needed depending on payment method.
 
Credit Card
• Copy of the top of your credit card statement OR a photo of the front and back of the credit card.
• Photo ID (passport OR current drivers license)
 
Direct Debit
• Copy of the top of your bank statement 
• Photo ID (passport OR current drivers license)

 

AUSTRALIAN Shoppers   - Account Holders:

Your online purchase payment options are Credit Card/Direct Debit - (Direct Debit will have a longer processing time as funds will have to be cleared before your item can be dispatched)

The Credit Card information is encrypted and securely processed.   We use Rapid SSL encryption. Processing time is usually overnight settlement.

Your payment can ALSO be processed by Credit Card by phone OR direct deposit into Australian bank account.

INTERNATIONAL Options:

  • Payment: Credit Card Online OR Direct Deposit into Australian bank account.
     
  • Credit Card: Our bank may require further documents to process the payment.  Documents many include - 1) Faxed or scanned copy of your driver's license  - 2) TOP section of Credit Card statement showing your current mailing address.

The Bank may reverse the credit card transaction if documents do not match records available to them in the international banking system.

International credit card transaction process time is between 3 to 5 days.
