  • Free Delivery via either Platinum Post or Special courier - Insurance included up to $5000 - Signature required on arrival.
  • Jewellery Items over $5000 - delivery options will be discussed to be sure of safe delivery.

REFUND Policy

    International Shoppers:

    • 21 day money back guarantee – The item will be returned in the exact state as when purchased along with the valuation certificate and receipt within 21 days. Monies will be refunded once the jewellery item is deemed correct.
    • Unfortunately, your postage charges on returns are not refundable. Returns need to be sent by Platinum Post or qualified Courier to be covered by our Insurance.
